Busy Keys Virtual Assistant understands the importance of keeping any data you provide secure. The business may be referred to as “us” or “we” or “the business” for the remainder of this document.

Hazel Weyman is the Controller, Processor and Data Protection Officer (DPO) for any data used within Busy keys work. Hazel and the business have been registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) to comply with the UK GDPR regulations.

Personal data is an information that can be used to identify an individual. Only personal data relevant to the working relationship between a client and Busy Keys will ever be collected and used. Under no circumstances will any data provided be given or sold to a third party. The type of data we may require include:

Your personal contact details: Full name, Postal Address, email address and Telephone number. To allow for creation of contracts, invoices and general correspondence.
Financial data such as bank details and transactions, only to show services purchased and payments made to us.
Profile Data such as Usernames and passwords: to allow us to complete contracted tasks.

Any data we do collect is stored either in Dropbox who’s servers are in the USA and complies with EU privacy frameworks, or within Busy keys own secure computer that is covered by up to date security software and is password protected with only Busy Keys personnel access.

Client work is only kept for 12 months unless otherwise requested by the client.
